Free listings are reviewed manually and typically publish within 2–3 business days. Paid featured placements publish instantly.

Are payments refundable?

Featured listings and vendor listings are generally non-refundable once published. See our Refund Policy for details. Duplicate charges are always reviewed and corrected.

How long does a paid listing stay active?

All one-time paid listings remain active until the event date has passed. After that, listings may be archived or removed.

Can I update my festival listing after publishing?

Yes. Contact us at support@festivalcalendar.online with your listing ID and the updates needed.

Do you guarantee ticket sales or attendance?

No. Paid placements provide promotional visibility but do not guarantee ticket sales, attendance, vendor acceptance, or specific traffic results. See our Disclaimer.
