FestivalCalendar.online is operated by SlateRiver LLC, a New Mexico LLC.
1. General Policy — No Refunds
Digital products, featured listings, vendor listings, sponsorships, and promotional placements are generally non-refundable once submitted, published, delivered, or activated.
This includes:
- Featured event placement purchases ($9, $29, or $49 tiers)
- Vendor listing purchases ($19, $49, or $99 tiers)
- Sponsored city page or category page purchases
- Digital guide or downloadable product purchases
- Any other paid promotional product or service
2. Exceptions
Refund requests may be reviewed in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate charges: If you were charged more than once for the same product due to a technical error, contact us for a review and correction.
- Technical delivery failure: If a digital product was purchased and never delivered due to a confirmed technical issue on our end, contact us within 7 days.
- Unauthorized charge: If you believe a charge was made without your authorization, contact us immediately.
3. No Guarantees
FestivalCalendar.online does not guarantee event attendance, ticket sales, vendor acceptance, traffic volume, placement duration, or commercial outcomes from paid placements. The purchase of a listing or featured placement provides promotional visibility only.
4. How to Request a Review
To request a refund review, contact us at support@festivalcalendar.online with your order details, the reason for your request, and any supporting documentation. We respond to refund inquiries within 3–5 business days.

This Refund Policy may be updated at any time. The most current version will always appear on this page.
